Terms of Use
What this site claims, what it does not, and the limits both sides accept by reading it.
What this site is
Online Free Games is an editorial information site. It publishes costings, worked examples and explanations for free-to-claim casino deals whose operators are based offshore. It is not a gambling operator. It runs no gambling account, holds no player funds, takes no bets and processes no deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Nothing on these pages is a gambling service, a betting tip or an invitation to place a wager.
A reader who claims a deal does so on the operator’s own website, under the operator’s own account, through the operator’s own cashier. Every step after that, from the deposit to the withdrawal request, happens on systems this site neither runs nor sees. The site does not open accounts on a reader’s behalf, does not forward money and does not hold bonus codes. Questions about an account, a payment or a promotion belong to the operator that runs it, and the site has no power to intervene in them.
Figures and how much to rely on them
Every number printed on this site is a model, not a measurement. Wagering multiples, minimum deposits, expiry windows and payout speeds are category-typical figures with stated assumptions, and the assumptions are written next to the arithmetic wherever it appears. A model figure answers the question a reader actually has, which is what a deal of this sort usually costs, rather than what one promotion printed on one Tuesday.
None of these figures quotes any single promotion. Two consequences follow. First, an operator’s live terms may sit above or below the modelled range, in either direction. Second, a figure that was accurate when the page was written can drift as operators revise their terms. The working rule is simple: the site supplies the arithmetic, the operator’s own promotions page supplies the truth. Before claiming anything, a reader opens the operator’s page, finds the wagering multiple, the minimum deposit and the withdrawal cap, and checks them against the worked example. If the two disagree, the operator’s page wins, every time, without exception.
Offers and third parties
The deals described on this site belong to third-party operators. Those operators change their offers without notice: a wagering multiple moves, a payment method disappears, a promotion closes a day early. This site does not control those changes, is not told about them in advance and cannot hold an offer open for anyone. The relationship a reader enters, and the terms that govern it, are the operator’s terms alone. Nothing printed here forms part of any contract between a reader and an operator, and no page on this site can be treated as an operator’s promise.
One point deserves plain language. The operators whose offers appear on this site’s offers board hold no UK Gambling Commission licence. That means no GAMSTOP self-exclusion covering them, no UK dispute resolution and none of the player protections a British licence requires. A reader who wants those protections should choose a UK-licensed operator instead. The site says this on every page that discusses an offer, because it changes what a reader is signing up for.
Liability and governing law
The site’s responsibility is limited to its own content. Where a page contains an error in its arithmetic, a mislabelled figure or a broken link, the site will correct it once told, and that correction is the limit of what it owes. It is not liable for losses that happen on an operator’s site: a declined withdrawal, a voided bonus, a closed account or a disagreement over terms are matters between the reader and the operator, under the operator’s terms. The site does not operate those systems and cannot fix, reverse or compensate them.
These pages are published in the United Kingdom and governed by the law of England and Wales. If a reader believes a page is wrong, the first step is the contact page: send the details, including the page and the passage concerned, and the matter will be looked at directly. Raising it there first gives the site a chance to correct the record before anything else, and most disputes, in practice, end there.
If gambling stops being fun: GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from every GB-licensed online operator in one free request, though it does not cover sites licensed offshore. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, run by GamCare, is free, confidential and open around the clock. GambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous list further support, and most UK banks can block gambling transactions on a current account.
